He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Lagos and a master’s degree in engineering and technology project management from the University of Wolverhampton in the UK. He is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and has certifications from the MSP APMG Group in the UK, as well as expertise in software project management. With 17 years of extensive experience in business analysis, he has delivered IT projects across various sectors, including financial services, insurance, energy (electricity, oil, and gas), and the public sector. These projects have streamlined business processes, enhanced productivity and profitability, improved service quality, and transformed brand loyalty. He has served as the Head of the Project Management and IT Development Unit at Union Bank of Nigeria PLC and has held the position of Project Manager for Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs (HMRC) in the UK, as well as for Scottish & Southern Energy, Scotia Gas, Esure Insurance, RBS WorldPay, the Royal Bank of Scotland, Vocal Link, BP Oil, and British Gas. His software application experience includes financial systems, billing solutions, content management ERP, enterprise service bus (ESB), customer relationship management (CRM), business intelligence, data warehousing, and contact center solutions.
